SHIPPING

UK Standard (1-7 Working Days) is £4.50. This is our standard service and may take up to 7 working days for your parcel to arrive. Delivered via Evri.

UK Next Working Day Guaranteed Delivery is £9.50. Please note, this can only be applied on orders placed between Monday - Thursday (3pm latest). Delivered via Royal Mail.

Orders placed before 3pm will be packaged and sent on the same day. However, if you place your order after 3pm, this will be sent out the following working day (this is due to courier opening hours). Friday orders need to be placed before 3pm as if they are placed after this time, they will be sent on the Monday after the weekend.

If you are not at home during the day, do not be alarmed. A 'calling card' will be left to let you know that they have attempted delivery and the following steps will be issued on the card to let you know the rescheduled delivery date.

*Please note, orders with advised dispatch times in either the product description or next to the size of the item you are ordering will be dispatched after this length of time. For example, if it is advised as 10 working days dispatch time, the chosen delivery method will be used to send your parcel after this time has passed.

EU and Rest of the World Delivery - Royal Mail / DPD 

Delivery outside of the UK is at a flat rate of £10-£25 depending on location. Delivery to EU countries usually takes around 5-10 working days. To the rest of the world, it can take around 10-15 working days to arrive to its destination. We use a tracked service with Royal Mail or DPD.

If a customs charge applies, this will be paid by the customer. The shipping company will be in contact with you via email regarding this. Please note, if the customs charges arent paid, this will delay the delivery of your parcel. (Customs charges do not apply to all parcels).
